I am shocked this practice had relatively good reviews, today is 29.10.2015 and the earliest appointment I can get with a GP is 09.11.2015!! Totally unacceptable. There is the option of "Open Surgery" where you sit and wait on hours on end to be seen, put I work full time, how do you think my boss would take this? This issue happens consistently. The last GP I saw prescribed me with loratadine for my chronic cough, well firstly I knew that wouldn't help me as I take antihistamines regularly for my eczema anyway and secondly, why on earth would I pay a prescription price for loratadine when I can buy over the counter for 2pounds!! A very serious review of the care offered to patients needs to be undertaken as it is not even at a just about acceptable level. Lack of funding is no excuse, there's been poor funding for the last 5 years someone surely must have come up with a viable contingency plan. Please act upon these issues seriously and quickly.

Dr Shamsad was very caring and supportive, also listened to my concerns. More doctors as you sometimes have to wait for days for my appointment but they do have an open surgery which is very good.

The nurse who took the INR measurement gave a lot of thought to the amount of warfarin needed. She involved us in the decision (to an extent!) She was considerate when giving the next appointment time.
